Sign-in codes are 6 digits and arrive within a minute or so. If yours hasn't, here's where to look.

## How we send codes

- **WhatsApp** is the default for phone numbers. Open WhatsApp and check for a message from Wrapp.
- **SMS** is available for **Nigerian (+234) phone numbers**. If you're in Nigeria and don't see the WhatsApp code, you can ask for the code by SMS instead.
- **Email** works for everyone. If you're outside Nigeria and WhatsApp isn't an option, sign in with your email address.

The screen tells you where the code was sent, for example "Code sent on WhatsApp".

## Try these

1. **Check the number.** Make sure you typed it correctly, with the right country code.
2. **Check the right app.** For WhatsApp codes, the number must have WhatsApp on this phone.
3. **Wait a minute, then tap Resend.** Don't tap it many times. Repeated requests are limited for your safety.
4. **Switch method.** Use the option below the code box to get it by SMS (Nigeria) or use your email instead.
5. **Check spam or promotions** if you chose email.

## Still no code?

Email us at support@usewrapp.com with the phone number or email you're using (never send the code itself). We'll help you get in.
